Terms of use
Last updated October 8, 2026
These terms cover your use of Workroom, a private workspace run by the studio that runs this Workroom ("we"). By signing in or by using a review link, you agree to them.
Access
- Accounts are created by the workspace admin. Keep your sign-in to yourself and tell the admin if you think someone else has used it.
- What you can see and do depends on the role the admin gives you. Don't try to reach parts of the workspace you weren't given.
- Review links are private. Don't share a link with anyone who shouldn't see the video.
Your content
- Videos, files, comments and other work stay the property of whoever owns them under your agreement with the studio. Workroom doesn't claim ownership.
- Only upload material you have the right to share, and nothing illegal, harmful or infringing.
- Files are stored in the studio's Google Drive. Keep your own copies of anything important.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service. That means no attempts to break its security, overload it, scrape it or use it to send spam or malware. We may suspend access that puts the service or other people at risk.
Points and leaderboard
Points and ranks are worked out automatically from approved tasks to celebrate good work. They are for motivation and don't by themselves create any right to pay, bonuses or other rewards unless the studio agrees to that separately.
Availability
We work to keep Workroom running, but it is provided "as is" without guarantees of uninterrupted availability. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses or for losses caused by services we rely on, such as Google Drive or our hosting providers.
Ending access
The admin can remove an account at any time. You can stop using Workroom whenever you like.
Changes and contact
If these terms change, the date at the top will change too. Questions go to the admin of your workspace. How we handle personal information is explained in the privacy policy.
